ABOUT ME

I have 25+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Sales Operations and Sales Enablement, mostly in the high-tech industry.   I started as a financial analyst right out of college and have risen to the level of Vice President, leading global teams.   While I have thoroughly enjoyed the different paths my career has taken me, it wasn't always a straight line and I took a few detours along the way.  Each of these detours taught me something important about myself and helped me to define my core values.  If it wasn't for all this learning, I wouldn't be the person I am today.

I'm also a wife, mother of two, and an avid volunteer.  I know first-hand how difficult it can be to wear multiple hats while still finding time for self care and self love.   Sometimes having it all means feeling like we aren't doing anything perfectly.   I like to challenge expectations while also helping people find balance.

I had the opportunity to have a professional coach and it was an incredible experience.  I learned so much about myself and what I really wanted out of this stage in my life.  I decided I wanted to help people in the same way, which led me to an accredited professional and personal coaching course through UC Davis.   I have earned my ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which means you can be confident in my coaching skills.
